Juniper Travel Technology has formed a partnership with 24/7 Travel Partner Desk (247tpd) to provide clients with automated contract management for hotel agreements. Through this collaboration, 247tpd’s HERMES Travel Data Loading Platform integrates with Juniper’s established AI Contract Builder, forming a two-part process. First, HERMES imports, organizes, and refines existing contracts. Then, Juniper’s AI processes them for implementation.
This initiative tackles a longstanding problem in the industry: scattered contract formats, varying commercial terms, and manual data entry mistakes that delay distribution. The HERMES platform applies automation to standardize supplier information, such as pricing, room categories, and cancellation terms, before transferring it into Juniper’s system. This approach minimizes manual effort while preserving precision, the partners explained.

Juan Mateos, Juniper’s CEO, described the integration as a direct response to rising client requests for streamlined travel data management. “Our AI tool already processes contract uploads, but HERMES allows clients to delegate the most labor-intensive steps to a partner with specialized knowledge of both our system and the travel market,” he noted. The enhanced service will be available worldwide to Juniper’s current client base.
Based in Cali, Colombia, 247tpd brings 15 years of experience in outsourcing tourism operations. Pedro Bazán, the company’s vice president of business development, positioned the solution as an answer to a persistent challenge: the time and expense required to convert raw contract data into formats compatible with sales platforms.
