The Accor+ Explorer program will introduce more than 80 hotels across nine Middle Eastern nations beginning in October 2026, marking its first expansion beyond the Asia Pacific region. The new markets include Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. Members will gain access to benefits at participating properties within these countries, extending the program’s reach significantly.
This initiative builds on the existing membership base of over 485,000 participants. In the UAE, where the program launched in May 2026, members already enjoy perks across brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel. They also receive complimentary vouchers for beach clubs, pools, and gyms at qualifying hotels. The program provides two free annual stays, discounts of up to 50 % on select hotel bookings, 30 % off dining, and 15 % off beverages. Additionally, members gain invitations to exclusive events and access to over 1,800 restaurants and 1,300 bars across 30 countries.
With the Middle East addition, the total number of participating hotels will exceed 1,400. Emilie Couton, CEO of Accor Plus, stated that this expansion aligns with the company’s long-standing approach of delivering tangible benefits through immediate access and recognition. She highlighted ongoing efforts to form partnerships with financial services and travel brands to further broaden the program’s accessibility.

Kerry Healy, Chief Commercial Officer for Accor MEA APAC, described the initiative as a key entry point to the region’s hospitality ecosystem. “Our hotels and resorts across the Middle East are much more than just a place to sleep, they are lively hubs for dining, wellness, and leisure, representing some of the world’s most trusted brands,” he said.
A special promotion in the UAE will reward residents who enroll between October 1 and October 31, 2026, with an extra 3,000 bonus points in the Accor Reward program. The Middle East rollout follows the UAE’s phased rollout that began in May 2026, marking the program’s first expansion beyond Asia Pacific.
Members can also receive 15 % off stays at more than 5,000 Accor hotels worldwide and use benefits at participating locations across the newly added Middle Eastern countries and the existing Asia Pacific region.
